Absolute joke of a service with extremely poor customer support.Purchased a 12 month Spotify deal, wanted to cancel my order after finding out these are Indian accounts that have been spoofed through a VPN so that the accounts can be bought on the cheap then assigned to you, these are at risk of stopping working.Tried contacting the merchant, 0 response, tried wowcher on two platforms both facebook and whatsapp and the responses just stopped with 0 resolution.Currently pushing a claim through for a chargeback with my bank, avoid at all costs.**UPDATE**The merchant and wowcher contacted me the day after this was posted, still not resolved, honestly the communication with wowcher is shocking. Still no refund and they totally misunderstood the message, all I want is a refund!
