We booked a hotel getaway for a weekend trip, paid and redeemed the booking to then have a random date change to mid week? Countless days of trying to reach a real person and solution, i decided to check social media and realise that this seems to happen alot. We they sent me a message saying "Why would you assume we changed the dates?" that is the only real response i have had. I am yet again waiting for another reply. If i see no resolution i will open a bank dispute claim using all the screenshots i have and make sure everyone avoids this company. How you resolve issues really makes your company. Please do better
