Awful experience. Ordered 2 advent calenders. Delivery promised on or before 31 Oct 2025. No goods received. Merchant not replying. Wowcher just forwarding my emails ive sent to the merchant asking him to reply. He hasnt. Keep telling me to wait 72 hours after each complaint. Now 12th Nov. No goods. No replies. Feel totally scammed. Turns out seller is a vendor in China. Never said that anywhere or wouldn't have bought. First ordered on 09 Oct. Now 12 Nov and getting nowhere with Wowcher or The Merchant. Utter scam! 1st time buying. Never again Wowcher. Please keep your money. Do not buy deals from Wowcher. Anything goes wrong they claim they've kept their side of the deal by supplying a voucher!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR DEALS
