In relation to my review 2 days ago where Wowcher did not show a short expiry date on the email gift that I purchased and then refused to help, I have had nothing but frustrating communication with them. They have not taken any notice of my issue at all, they just repeatedly tell me that I cant have a refund. In all of the many messages I have never asked for a refund, every time I point this out they tell me I cant have a refund. I am beyond frustrated. I have had to purchase another voucher spending another £63 on top of the £63 I spent on nothing and I have to say this voucher is very different to the first on I recieved. This email gift has the expiry date on very clearly where the first one (which only had 6 days expiry) did not have any expiry date on. This screams to me that it was deliberately hidden to catch people out. I would encourage people to be very careful when using wowcher and scrutinise any documentation. The customer care and service is non existent and I will be taking this up with Trading standards. They are employing deceitful methods to gain custom. I dont doubt that I will receive a response saying if I give them more information they will help but please note there will be no link to contact them. They pay lip service to make it look like they care. I will never use this company again.
