I bought a London hotel stay with winter wonderland tickets & the hotel chain OMG have not responded to me in 6 days, their phone numbers are not in service & I have no way of contacting them. Complained to wowcher who also have no contact number only email or whatsapp, they are extremely slow on response times & have left me hanging for days. It now looks like i won't be able to visit london & my friends who are here from New York & Canada as i can't even get a refund from either company. If I was refunded I could book another hotel direct but with no contact this seems very unlikely.I absolutely can not believe wowcher would even work with OMG hotels or do they not care either.I will never book or buy anything from wowcher again & I will warn everyone I know to steer well clear.Reading in Google & facebook that they are known for scamming people & so are the OMG hotel chain Reply to wowcher response You may have replied to me BUT you've not done anything to help me & you replied to this fast enough try replying to my messages as quick. Then maybe I wouldn't write a review like this.AVOID WOWCHER definitely too good to be true scams with NO customer service nor any care on customer satisfaction. I could cry at my stupidity for thinking this was a reputable company
