I bought a xmas tree via Wowcher from groundlevel.co.uk and it arrived faulty.I now know I made a huge mistake of trusting Wowcher. The round metal base was warped and didn't sit level on the floor, the star tree topper just spun around and would never be secure and the tree lights were advertised as multicoloured (on wowcher's own website), but were white. I complained and provided all the evidence that they asked for as I wanted a full refund including the postage I paid to receive the item. They still haven't answered my question that I should be compensated for return postage, the delivery charges and a full refund after several times I had asked this. I even quoted the consumer rights act 2015 in which they are in breach of. I'm still waiting for the matter to be resolved. I've had to resort to contacting Trading Standards about this company, they take your money and provide goods that are not fit for purpose. WOWCHER & groundlevel are both liable for false advertising of the product in the first place and don't particularly care about customer service when things go wrong. They don't want to know. BUYER BEWARE OF WOWCHER & GROUNDLEVEL.
