Always check who the third part is providing your service. Sadly wowcher do not care who sells on their platform or the quality of the service provided. I booked a holiday for me and my daughter. After a week of trying to get the booking confirmation I requested a refund. The refund was approved as "a good will gesture" there is no good will needed as the holiday I purchased was not available unless I paid between double or triple. I am now wondering if the refund will go missing the same as my holiday. Wowcher is a great idea but seems that the offers on the site are low quality and at the least misleading. Often being able to find the items for a lower price or higher quality if you purchase direct.
