I bought vouchers to see the lights in Colchester with a so called 30% discount. For eg a ticket for a child was 7.7£ instead of the 8.5£. Total scam, when i tried to redeem it on the website the voucher i paid ~ 8£ was valued at 2.54£. I asked for refund and i had to make a request for each of the tickets purchased. You chat with some AI on whatapp who cannot refund the entite order and after the refund one item, they say to contact them again in 24hrs. So i used 4 different phones to get my refund request in, let’s see if they actually refund me.
