Awful company After ordering a product back in october I got in contact asking where my order was There reply was My code had expired so Ive asked them for a new one, I was 3 days late in redeeming my voucher The response was we don’t give refunds despite them saying on the website guaranteed 14 day refund on unredeemed vouchers Which I wasn’t after so now I’m left with no product and they’ve taken my money how’s that even legal, I’ve never left a review on Trustpilot but I want to warm others of this company, finally received a refund minus the postage in credit as a so called goodwill gesture which I paid for! There’s more hurdles than the grand national to redeem the new code given such a faff
