Wowcher messed up! It's really difficult to sort out any problems. I've been waiting since October for a response !! Refund on a voucher is supposedly no quibble! should have been a simple process. It's almost impossible to get anyone to help. I'm frustrated, disappointed and £175 out of pocket to date. Unacceptable to treat customers like that.
