Update from ongoing terrible experience with Wowcher and a very unscrupulous merchant they continue to allow selling on their platform, Cloud9yn.Currently disputing and trying to get a refund. Clearpay are involved now and they have asked for evidence that I cancelled my order with Cloud9yn. Done.Wowcher responded, stating that I have not been in touch with them. Blatant lie Wowcher. Dozens of WhatsApp messages and email have been sent to you. Proof of this has just been sent to Clearpay.DO NOT GIVE WOWCHER YOUR MONEY.Not only do they allow unscrupulous sellers to use their platform, they also blatantly lie. You've been caught out Wowcher.8th time I've asked this question of Wowcher. Why do you allow unscrupulous sellers to continue to sell on your platform?Let's wait for more lies from Wowcher, and more generic responses. I'm betting it'll be either 'I can see we've been in touch' which would be another lie, or 'please contact the merchant and allow 72 hours'. Been there, done that.
