Point provenI booked a “Mystery Holiday” for 4, but before redeeming my voucher, I wanted clarification that all of us would definitely receive the same destination. The FAQs said it was possible but I’d need to reach out first.After booking, I reached out via WhatsApp for clarification regarding the destination. Despite multiple attempts, I was only ever responded to by automated messages and was unable to speak with a human representative. This made it impossible to resolve my query or receive any real assistance, which is extremely poor service for a company handling travel bookings.Ultimately, I decided to request a refund, based on the information your automated system provided. The message clearly stated that if I chose a cash refund, the full amount would be returned to my original payment method. However, when my refund was processed, I found that £36 had been deducted from the total without any explanation or prior notice.This is misleading, as I was explicitly told I would receive the full refund amount.Wowcher are clearly cowboys
