I purchased a Brazilian blow dry and paid £50 and when I got to the dirty rundown salon this old woman wanted to charge me £50 more. I could pay £100 in a nice clean salon near me - this dirty room was filthy… honestly…. The place was The London Ladies Hair Clinic in Goldhawk Road, Shepherd’s Bush. Its was like a dungeon cellar and everything was filthy that I had to walk out. Wow her customer service were useless and by no means helped me or offered to redeem my voucher elsewhere.
