We had to pay for the postage on the item and the software was stuck in a loop and would not let us pay the £7.99p although we tried 2 different cards. We tried to get help from Wowcher VIP services and they were absolutely useless and no help whatsoever. Any help asked for was so slow as the wowcher was due to end with no chance of any money back from the £60 spent. Eventually we managed to pay using totally different credit card. No idea why it would not work the first time and no help from customer so called VIP services!
