We ordered an air fryer on the 13 sept 2025 and then paid and activated the deliverey voucher , it was advised that delivered of the item would be on the 17th sept, We arranged to pay in installments through Klarna, Delivery did not happen but the payments started!!!We reported the issue to both Klarna and Wowcher.We have a case number to prove this.November 6th 2025!! No delivery has happend!!We were told to contact the Merchant Named "Appliance Spares Wearhouse", we did so and the email bouced back !!! scammers !!We still have not recieved this order however Klarna are still taking payments on behalf of Wowcher and saying that because we activated the shipping voucher there seems to be nothing more they can do. DO NOT BUY FROM WOWCHER THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAT MIDDLE MEN FOR SCAM FAUDSTERS !!So they reply but how do I add more information I have even given you the reference number Reply from Wowcher3 days agoThank you for your feedback,I'm sorry to hear of your experience.
