Criminal organisation!Ordered a steel storage shed for my garden, got no notification at the time that I would have to download a voucher, no email reminders that a voucher was waiting, virtually no communication whatsoever that the voucher had to be used, no deadline reminder whatsoever. Thr company made themselves difficult to contact, no obvious contact method on website and no phone communication. As soon a payment was taken they virtually disappeared. I called them a few weeks after no delivery arrived, they said that the voucher had expired and that the money would not be refunded under any circumstance. They have lost multiple customers and alot of business for life through me. I will be talking to consumer rights groups, looking at the small claims court and highlighting the vicious and calculated theft of this company on a daily basis. They will have very expensive consequences. Contact your bank and report fraud if this every happens to you, then contact the small claims court. Avoid at all cost.
