I am absolutely disgusted with the way Wowcher and Prime Holidays have handled my booking. I paid £547.99 for a holiday, and despite following every step of their process and requesting a refund within my rights, they have flat-out refused to return my money.The customer service experience has been shocking – endless automated responses, no accountability, and no genuine attempt to resolve the issue. It feels like both companies are just passing the blame to each other while keeping my hard-earned money.What’s worse is that Wowcher promotes these “deals” as secure and reliable, but when things go wrong, they completely wash their hands of responsibility. The whole experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and downright dishonest.If you’re thinking about booking a holiday through Wowcher or Prime Holidays — don’t. You risk losing your money, your time, and any hope of decent customer service. I’ve learned the hard way that “too good to be true” really applies here.I’ll be taking this matter further through my bank and consumer protection channels — but I want to warn others before they fall into the same trap.This is still ongoing, Prime Holidays have been bullying me to pay more money and Wowcher has been non responsive.Wowcher still haven't contacted me, Prime Holidays are trying to get more money from me and have said there was only 90 days to book with them which ended today, 3 months of requesting a refund and both Wowcher and Prime Holidays refused to take accountability £547.99 I'm out of pocket, Wowcher and Prime Holidays are scammers this has been a huge stress on my mental health and wellbeing.
