This experience with my Wowcher purchase has been a bitter dissapointment. October 9th I made three transactions for packs of 60 Bluebell Bulbs £12.99 per pack. Total cost £38.97 was drawn from my Bank Account the following day. As yet I've had no delivery or refund, your system is unintuative leaving me unable to follow up through your online menu, so I tried to phone with your stated number only to met with a prerecorded message, "ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS". I request a refund in full paid into my Bank Accout, afterall you where quick to take it out!!!
