Brought a 2 night stay Amsterdam waited for a phone call to tell us about flights and stuff then got the call and they said the deal is no longer available so I asked for a refund and they are saying no even though we can’t go because it’s not a deal they offer no more so just screwed me over really I know it says redeemed vouchers can not be refunded but surely if they don’t offer the deal there is acceptional circumstances for there error
