Appalling customer service, immediately cancelled my order within 10 minutes of redeeming, by emailing the merchant and wowcher, as per their terms and conditions.The company Cloud 9 that wowcher are endorsing and have apparently vetted have over 300 negative reviews. The beds are poorly made, the mattress are recycled old mattresses that have been recovered from somewhere.Cloud 9 has no phone number, they ignore your emails, hoping you will go away. The links on their website also don’t work.I have reported cloud 9 to trading standards and have opened a court case against cloud 9 and also wowcher, as they have a duty of care to their customers. DO NOT USE WOWCHER OR CLOUD 9Wowcher also claim that they fully vet their companies however this director had 9 closed dissolved Ltd businesses in 6 years so wowcher do not verify the merchants they are endorsing Wowcher also refuse to assist on this matter *** Update ***promised an update on here within 24 hours and nothing chased up Wowcher via email, Facebook and what’s app and have been ignored ** update ** still nothing back from Wowcher so I’ve reported this to Martin Lewis to investigate as well as money savings expert I have also filed court paperwork against both companies *** update *** 72 hours since promised update from Wowcher and nothing back despite emails, what’s app and Facebook messenger as well as linked in *** Final Update **Full Refund from wowcher recieved
