What Information do you need ?I’m not putting my address or phone number on here It came from sloomy It was delivererd today to hu10 My surname is Handley And the gas lift mechanism doesn’t work This is sooo bad Please call me I posted 10 days ago about how rubbish wowcher were In a nutshell I ordered a bed for my granddaughter and was quoted 8 to 10 days 5 weeks with no deliver and what seemed like 100 e mails with them doing nothing other than passing my complaint on to the bed company who again did nothing, I waited another 10 days while my 5 year old had no bed. This morning at 6 am my door bell went and there was my bed ! Delivered by a lovely young man who had no idea how long I had been waiting or infact the issues I had had.Guess what Wrong bed Wrong colour Wrong opening ottoman Wrong headboard Missing screws Please people Wowcher need to get it sorted I’m desperately looking for the bed they sent and I bet it’s a cheaper alternative But what can I do They have no phone Take days to get back PLEASE PLEASE NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WOWCHER THE STRESS LEVELS AND THE TIME INVOLVED IS EXHAUSTING Geoff Handley Willerby Hull
