First time using wowcher so not clued up on how it works. I thought I bought some Calvin Klein boxers, I recently checked my junk emails and learnt that I bought a voucher that had now expired. I contacted the customer service team through WhatsApp and I cannot receive any form of refund even though the voucher hasn’t been used within 14 days? Today is exactly 14 days after the purchase date so why it has expired i don’t know! I find this very strange. Any help would be much appreciated
