I bought a hotel break for next week. I have discovered it has expired as it needed redeeming within a month. Apparently I would have known this as it was in the confirmation email. I did not receive a confirmation email for this trip or for the previous one I booked with them. Wowcher are sorry for my inconvenience but are planning to keep my money and offer no hotel break. I have asked them for the details to make a formal complaint - I have heard no more from them. I could understand it if the booking had been and gone, but it hasn’t! The fact I did not receive a confirmation email that has the terms and conditions is apparently irrelevant. Shameful customer service.
