I cannot believe the service I have received from this Company. I ordered an item and they sent a redemption voucher to redeem when I tried to redeem it was the wrong item. Despite At last 30 emails and 28WhatsApp messages all saying the same and asking me to confirm my email and order number to be told continuously that my email address is not registered yet they are emailing me on that email and on My details on my account it is my email address. I will never order again, i have asked for a refund but this has never been acknowledged the Customer Service is very bad and you cannot ring them.I have now heard from Wowcher and they have redeemed my voucher so I am really happy thank you so much Daisy Faith.
