Terrible customer service.Brought a bed on the Wowcher website when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture shown.Mattress is so uncomfortable and not fit for purpose.Tried to cancel the order when I read the 100s of terrible reviews on the cloud 9 company.I want the bed to be collected and a refund issued
