Ordered a bed through Wowcher from a seller called Cloud9, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. The wrong bed arrived, so I contacted Wowcher expecting them to sort it out. Instead, they told me to deal directly with the seller — who completely ignored me.When I went back to Wowcher, they were incredibly reluctant to help. First they tried to fob me off with Wowcher wallet credit (as if I’d ever use their site again!), and after endless back-and-forth, they finally issued a partial refund of £80 — nowhere near the full amount. By that point, I was just sick of the hassle and took it to get it over with.Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and a shocking lack of consumer protection.Do yourself a favour — do not buy from Wowcher or Cloud9. You’ll regret it.
