I purchased a voucher for a bed from wowcher and after placing the order as instructed and the month long delivery had passed, Wowcher's third party merchant does not respond to me nor Wowcher by email and Wowcher still refuses to return funds. The customer care is rubbish as there is no follow except you reach out and there is no issue history apparently as each response from Wowcher reads like I had not made contact before, severally.
