Teaming up with Travelcrew to scam you out of your money!Have bought 2 wowchers for a Christmas market break in Vilnius. Holiday advertised at a set price on my selected dates and states flights are included from 3 London airports.However, you cannot get the information on flights unless you redeem the vouchers, which Wowcher puts a 48 hour window on. I redeemed the vouchers and was called by Steven to make the holiday arrangements and then book it. Then you get told that the wowcher price is actually for flying out from Gatwick late at night, flying back to Luton in the early hours of the morning before dawn and you get one day in Vilnius! I requested to fly out from and back to Stansted, as this is one of the airports included in the advert. That was possible of course, but only for an additional £188! I therefore declined to proceed with booking the holiday and requested the return of my initial £74.32 payment, which had to be made when redeeming the wowchers.Since then, I have had nothing but stress and aggravation. 3 times they've called me trying to bully me into booking the holiday. I've told them each and every time that I am not booking with them, that the holiday and price is not as advertised and have confirmed this in writing just as many times. All I want is my money back and they just ignore me and keep responding saying they want to book the holiday!They are completely violating my consumer rights, even more so as I haven't even booked the holiday and they still won't return my money. They're also refusing to provide their complaints procedure as I've requested, further breaching my rights.The stress and worry this is causing me is having a huge detrimental effect on my mental health. I can't sleep with the worry, the loss of my money, the continuing battle with Travelcrew to get a refund whilst they keep ignoring me but continue to bully me into booking the holiday. I can't eat properly and am at my wits end. I just want my money back.Wowcher are behaving just as badly. I'm being met with a wall of silence now. They won't respond to any of the emails they're copied into with Travelcrew as wowcher requested. They won't respond via WhatsApp. You can't call them and speak to an actual human being. I've requested their complaints procedure, they haven't provided it to me.Wowcher deliberately hold back vital information you need to make an informed decision about whether to buy, and then force you into redeeming your vouchers to get that information and then, when you don't want to proceed as the holiday doesn't turn out to be as advertised in their Wowcher, they wash their hands of it and won't give you your money back. Thieving, scamming cowboys is my opinion during this ongoing horrendous experience with them.
