If a could give a zero star then that’s what this company would get! I have never had the misfortune to deal with such a bad company with no level of customer service! My first purchase I never actually realised I was only purchasing a voucher and not the products, the voucher code email never arrived and by the time if waited patiently for delivery and decided to chase I was told the vouchers had expired!! I was told I couldn’t have a refund as much as I insisted that I was entitled too but as a gesture of good will a customer credit to my account wallet. So in the end I reluctantly used the credit so as not to entirely loose my money and purchased 2 trestle tables. These arrived and on the first day of using both developed the same fault and would not stay up so were returned as faulty. The company said Woucher would issue my refund so this already has taken weeks as return instigated at beginning of July. Woucher now acknowledge the refund but refuse to credit back to my original payment method as can only refund to purchase method which was a wallet credit! I have gone over and over the whole thing and advised that I do not want a credit wallet as I will never purchase from them again and it’s just a constant circle of the same old thing!! Be warned do not buy from this company as even if you actually receive anything it’s rubbish and you will never get your money back . A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!AND NORMAL EXCUSE FOR NOT ISSUING REFUND AS IN WOUCHERS REPLY WHEN THE TRUTH IS ACTUALLY THE ONLY REASON 2ND PURCHASE WAS EVER MADE WAS BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ORIGINAL PURCHASE ANY METHOD THAN ACCOUNT REFUND WHEN PURCHASE WAS MADE VIA PAYPAL THINKING IT GAVE ME PROTECTION!!! WILL NOW COMPLAIN TO FCA AS SEE ALREADY UNDER ENFORCEMENT FOR BREACHES OF CONSUMER LAW IN 2024!
