I've previously shared my concerns. It seems they don't care about their customers. I received the wrong size jacket; I ordered a 4XL, but what I got wouldn't fit a toddler. Both the platform and the seller are completely ignoring the problem. I sent proof of my order, but weeks later, there's still no refund. This experience reminds me why I stopped using them and I've now categorized them as scammers. I'm unsure of the purchase date, so this is an estimate, as I can't be bothered to check. I already provided this information, but it made no difference.
