I purchased a refurbished smartwatch and unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly frustrating. The device arrived in used condition, dirty, and without a charger, which was not specified in the listing. Additionally, I was charged an unexpected delivery fee on a different website, despite having already redeemed a voucher. Upon arrival, the battery was completely defective. I charged it for several hours, but it died again by the next morning. Customer support advised me to charge it for 48 hours straight, which I did, but the issue persisted. Since 19 November, I have been attempting to return the item and obtain a refund, but instead of a resolution, I have received repeated automated responses, delays, and no clear instructions for returning the item. I have had to provide my details multiple times, and my case keeps getting “passed on” without any resolution. Overall, the product was not acceptable, and the customer service has only added to my frustration. I’m still awaiting a refund and would strongly recommend caution when purchasing electronics through this platform.
