I'm frustrated with the way the service operates. It seems like they use the appeal of a popular brand to draw customers in with a low-priced item, but the process is very confusing. You select a color and size, pay by card, and then it gets messy. As mentioned in previous feedback, I felt uncertain about whether I actually purchased the item. There's a looming deadline to cancel, and I received no confirmation email, leaving me in a state of confusion. Overall, it's quite disappointing.
