I have an account with the service, but I mistakenly signed in and made a purchase using my Apple ID. My Apple ID is associated with a secure email that doesn't accept messages from non-secure sources, including the service. I received a credit of £44.99 in my account, but since I can't verify it and likely never will, I can't access the credit or get my money back. I feel like I'm just going in circles on WhatsApp. I keep getting messages stating they've sent a new verification link, despite informing them my email can't receive messages from them. Additionally, there are many generic responses advising me to log in or try accessing my account on a laptop. At one point, a refund was offered, which I accepted, but then the next message simply instructed me to change my email address in the account (which I would do if I could). Now, I'm left feeling that the service has my money and will keep the £44.99 come March when the credit expires. It's a frustrating situation, and I can't afford to lose this money.
