I want to buy 6 large white radiator covers, but I'm facing a major issue with the delivery costs. The delivery fee is listed at £11.99, yet it's being multiplied by the number of covers, resulting in a total of £71.94 for shipping. If this can be fixed, I’m ready to make the purchase, but otherwise, I won't proceed. Previously, I encountered a similar problem where the wrong items were sent, and instead of receiving the correct ones at no extra cost, I was just refunded. The response from the support team simply reiterated the obvious about their delivery charges, which is why I'm expressing my frustration now. This company is truly disappointing, and I can't recommend it to anyone!
