I had a really tough time with this company. For Christmas, I ordered some experiences and chose the gift email voucher option. The first issue was that they didn't arrive; it took three days of interacting with a bot on a messaging platform to finally get them to send the e-gift vouchers, but they all displayed the price! That was unacceptable. It took another two days to cancel the order and reorder, paying extra to send gift packs since that was the only way to avoid showing the price. A month later, despite the claim that gift packs had been sent, they still haven't arrived. Now the bot informs me that there's no address on their records! However, I can't add an address because it states that gift packs have been sent! The customer service is terrible, and the system is frustrating. I recommend using another platform; they are far superior.
