I bought a £170 afternoon tea spa package in August for my mum's milestone birthday, but it expired a few weeks later without any prior notice during booking or on the confirmation. I sent several emails with no response, and the web chat was unhelpful. Honestly, it's not worth your money; it's better to book directly with the venue or another provider. The customer service is terrible. I strongly advise against using this service.
