I got told this on my previous trustpilot review:
"I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a
gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately."
This has not happened. I've checked the account and I never got the credit refund that was advertise. Please can you resolve this. Here was the previous review for context:
"Me and my wife had a voucher for one of the dates we planned. I only just found out that the voucher has a 6 month expiry date! Do not buy! Absolute robbery. Money does not expire, therefore a voucher equivalent to that money shouldn't expire either!"
