I received a gift by email from a friend. Please note: in the email I received — which I also forwarded to them — there is no expiration date and nothing explaining that the voucher had to be claimed immediately. I waited two months, then decided to book my spa experience, only to be told that the voucher had expired — even though I had never claimed it.
I contacted them to explain what had happened and, above all, to understand how I was supposed to know about an expiration date when there was no mention of it in the email. The result? Three days of chatting with completely incompetent staff who couldn’t even understand the issue, let alone resolve it.
A suggestion for the future: hire customer service staff who have at least completed compulsory education.
