Instead, I've spent 24 hours trying to communicate with a bot on WhatsApp without any resolution. It feels like a scam. I strongly advise against using this company. I've never been so disappointed with a service. Edit: For assistance, I attempted to provide my order details but couldn't reach them. WhatsApp became unresponsive, and my email attempts were met with a full inbox. UPDATE: The service eventually resolved my issue and issued a new voucher, allowing me to get the climbing frame. However, I still find the site confusing, and this needs to be addressed for everyone’s benefit.
