Wowcher so when I requested a refund they said I’d receive it in five working days, that was three weeks ago and still no refund received. I’ve been speaking with their customer service numerous times but they just wipe their hands of it. Pure scammers.

Received email with £50 credit link, went on the link nothing in my account (had to use the credit by midnight the same day) I Whatapped Wowcher who didn't reply until 3 days later saying it had expired and that I should have gone on the link!! I replied that I had done do and the next reply sent terms and conditions for me to read....Again I replied that I had followed the procedure and again wowcher went on about the link and expiry time. HOW patronising ?? Wowcher has replied asking for more info with no link for me to give the details of this experience?

Delayed delivery and damaged item

I finally got the item I ordered months ago, but I ended up paying over double the original price of 14.99. I actually paid more than 33 euros, and it arrived with a crack at the top. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller; they seem untrustworthy. I wish I could share a picture of the damage.

Terrible experience with my order

I ordered a climbing frame as a Christmas gift for my Grandson, but it never arrived. To my surprise, I found out that I needed to redeem a voucher. I paid £65 at the time of purchase, and afterwards, I received numerous emails from the service, some offering cash back vouchers. However, it was not clearly communicated that the process involved two steps. When my order didn't show up, I reached out to the company, only to be informed that my voucher had expired, leaving me without either a refund or the item. During this busy shopping season, it's frustrating to deal with such issues. I was told I missed the two-week redemption period, and that was it—no money back, no climbing frame. This situation feels unjust. I spent hours researching this gift and chose this service in good faith, expecting it to arrive on time. Instead, I've spent 24 hours trying to communicate with a bot on WhatsApp without any resolution. It feels like a scam. I strongly advise against using this company. I've never been so disappointed with a service. Edit: For assistance, I attempted to provide my order details but couldn't reach them. WhatsApp became unresponsive, and my email attempts were met with a full inbox. UPDATE: The service eventually resolved my issue and issued a new voucher, allowing me to get the climbing frame. However, I still find the site confusing, and this needs to be addressed for everyone’s benefit.

Avoid this site!

Stay far away from this site. I bought a voucher code for software, but it wouldn't work. I reached out for support and received no response. Thankfully, I used a payment service that helped me get my refund, but it was all thanks to them, not the company. I hope this site goes out of business!

Inept customer service

I ordered a Christmas gift through the company. The first issue was an additional £5.99 postage charge to the merchant, despite the total price stated upfront. I was given a delivery date of the 12th but received nothing. After several attempts to contact them, a representative told me it was an estimated date, which contradicts the information provided. I ended up contacting the merchant and the delivery company myself, as the service seemed uninterested after taking my money. The merchant provided a generic response, and the delivery company confirmed my package was lost. The company kept giving robotic responses, saying they would look into it, but they haven't resolved the issue. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take responsibility. I'll likely have to wait for them to confirm the lost package while missing out on the gift I purchased.
