When I reached out to the company for a replacement, I was told I had to pay £7.99 for shipping or buy more toys, and only if my total was over £39 would they waive the shipping fee. I recommend avoiding this seller to save your money, time, and effort. The toys lack durability, and the customer support is inadequate.
