The toys are quite poor quality. My dog tore them apart in just a few hours. When I contacted the support team for a replacement, I was informed I'd need to pay a £7.99 shipping fee or purchase more items, and only if my order exceeded £39 would they waive the shipping cost. I advise against wasting your money, time, or effort. The toys lack durability, and customer service is subpar. Save your money!

overpriced and poorly made

Order placed weeks ago, still nothing

I placed an order on November 16th and still haven't received it. I've left numerous voicemails and sent emails, but received no response. Their website claims they're available from 8 to 6, but I haven't reached a real person. The message I get states: ‘the subscriber is not available.’ I plan to contact my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge.

Terrible quality on dog toys

I would not rate them even one star if I could choose NO STARS! The durability they claim online is laughable. My 10-month-old dog tore the toy apart in just five minutes! Avoid at all costs!
