After I paid and followed the simple straight forward directions, they reached out and confirm my schedule and timing with me. Got the bundle and 1 of the mount runs was done pretty quick after I had purchased it. The remaining 2 they got me scheduled to fit my time. Couldn't do it same day, so I had it scheduled for the next day and the experience was great. They're quick, responsive and easy to work with.
Once again, I placed a last-minute order and received an almost immediate invitation. There was a bit of a rocky start, but once everything was sorted out, the raid ran very smoothly. I also got the final piece of transmog gear I needed for the season. I appreciate all the assistance this season!

I would recommend this to anyone looking to gear up but struggling to find in-game groups. It's also one of the best ways to get accustomed to higher difficulty dungeons without any pressure.
While the standard experience was relatively quick, well-organized, and included leaders clearly communicating their strategies, the same cannot be said for the reserve armor spec and the guaranteed items. There were significant delays and a lack of clear instructions on which bosses we should 'die' against to aid the group's progress, especially since executing tactics correctly is crucial for certain bosses. Aside from two bosses, there were only one to two loot opportunities per boss, limiting chances to roll for items, and I only managed to obtain the two guaranteed items at the Dimensius encounter. Overall, the experience was decent, but there is definitely room for enhancement.
