They are easily the worst provider with the absolute worst customer service in the industry. Their outsourced support agents are unable to provide any assistance outside of their scripts and worse are unable to actually understand the issues brought to them. This lack of customer service extends beyond their level 1 agents on up as supervisors and managers either refuse to speak to customers or ard entirely missing. Additionally those that monitor social media are just as lax and uncaring in their duties as nothing gets resolved no matter how it is brought to this companies attention.
