I really enjoy my wider underwear, but my bras only lasted 7-8 months. The elastic has completely worn out and looks misshapen. It gaps and seems stretched out. I followed the care instructions carefully and even let them air dry instead of using low heat. Thankfully, my underwear hasn’t had this issue, but I won’t purchase from them again. The customer service is quite disappointing. It’s disheartening that a women-owned company treats women this way.
