Without question, these are the most comfortable underwear I've ever experienced. After wearing them for a while, I can’t even think about going back to traditional women's underwear. The fit is excellent—supportive without being restrictive, no riding up, and no need for constant adjustments throughout the day. The material is incredibly soft yet feels durable and of high quality.

Initially, I loved my underwear for the first 7 months and would have ordered more. However, around month 8, the elastic waistband stretched out on nearly all of my items. No weight or body changes occurred, and I followed the care instructions. Given the price, I expected them to last a couple of years. I will definitely not be purchasing again.
I bought 12 pairs of underwear directly from the company, so there’s no question about authenticity. I initially loved them, but the quality doesn't hold up, and the elastic has deteriorated on every pair. Given the high price, this is quite disappointing. Customer service has also been unhelpful.
This company is fantastic, but counterfeits do exist. Many negative reviews seem to be about counterfeit products that people unknowingly purchased. I've spent over $1,000 with this company in the past year without issues. They maintain a great relationship with their fans on social media, and I believe it's the counterfeiters who are delivering subpar products and poor customer service.
$275 wasted in less than three months. I feel foolish. I usually check new sites before making a purchase but didn’t this time, and I'm regretting it! Initially, I loved my underwear, but it quickly became apparent that the waistbands stretched out so much that they are unwearable, despite following the washing instructions meticulously.
I really enjoy my wider underwear, but my bras only lasted 7-8 months. The elastic has completely worn out and looks misshapen. It gaps and seems stretched out. I followed the care instructions carefully and even let them air dry instead of using low heat. Thankfully, my underwear hasn’t had this issue, but I won’t purchase from them again. The customer service is quite disappointing. It’s disheartening that a women-owned company treats women this way.
I haven't faced issues with the items received, but shipping times and customer service are severely lacking. My order was placed on April 8, processed on the 10th with a promise of shipping within 48 hours, but it didn't actually ship for another 11 days. It arrived on May 1st. Emails inquiring about the nearly two-week delay went unanswered. I like the underwear, but I won’t be ordering again.
