My order was placed on April 8, processed on the 10th with a promise of shipping within 48 hours, but it didn't actually ship for another 11 days. It arrived on May 1st. Emails inquiring about the nearly two-week delay went unanswered. I like the underwear, but I won’t be ordering again.
