I want to share my personal experience with the WP Event Manager plugin, which I purchased because it promised full Google Maps integration. My goal was simple. I needed events to appear correctly on the map. The entire process ended up being frustrating.After the purchase, the support team requested full access to my website and hosting account. Even when a plugin does not work as described, they refuse to issue a refund.Now I am stuck with a license for a plugin that delivers neither proper Google Maps functionality nor working color settings. Support has stopped responding, even though they confirmed they reviewed everything. No solution and no communication.Experiences like this damage the reputation of companies that do honest work. There are reliable firms, but after this, trust becomes hard.If you depend on Google Maps or working color customization, I cannot recommend WP Event Manager. Be cautious with refunds.
