I recently set up a website for a client using a booking application. I chose it based on positive reviews and even purchased a lifetime Pro license. However, upon launch, we discovered that payment processing was failing after initial bookings, making the system ineffective. I reached out to support three days ago, but the automated response indicated a human would follow up. I have received no communication, and my client is losing business as a result. While the app may function well when operational, the lack of timely support is concerning.
