Significant problems arose after the December update. The booking system was intermittently malfunctioning, and the management of bookings became disorganized. I'm still uncertain if the issues have been resolved, as notifications for bookings were not being sent, and many remain uncommunicated. The support team appeared to be under pressure, as their responses were somewhat curt and lacked helpful information, even after our website manager provided login details and requested updates. While the pricing is competitive, improvements are needed in customer service and update testing.

We encountered major problems after the December '25 update. Booking functionality was inconsistent, and the backend management of bookings was disrupted. Notifications for bookings were not being sent, and it's still unclear if this has been resolved. The support team appeared overwhelmed, as they were unhelpful and provided no information, even after our website manager submitted login details and requested an update. While the pricing is attractive, the customer service and testing of updates require significant improvement.

Severe operational failure after version 9 release – disappointing response

As the owner of a clinic that relies on a booking system, I was severely impacted by the major update released on December 22, 2025. Our booking system became completely inoperable, with appointments not displaying and automated reminders failing to send. Although customers could still book online, backend management was essentially broken. I had to manually query the database to manage appointments, which is unsustainable. Releasing a critical update just before the holidays without adequate support is unacceptable. The response from support has been dismissive, despite clear evidence of the issues. Days have passed without a resolution, leading to significant operational disruption and loss of trust. I cannot recommend this system for businesses that require reliability.

Booking system failure after December 22nd update

Following the December 22nd update, our entire booking system ceased to function. Appointments are not visible to anyone, and reminder notifications have stopped. Editing or managing bookings has become impossible due to errors. My partner's IT skills are the only reason our business continues to operate, as they must access the database daily. We reached out to support with all necessary information, but three weeks later, the issue remains unresolved. Speaking with other users reveals that many are facing the same problems, indicating inadequate testing prior to launch. This situation has caused financial loss and immense stress, reflecting a lack of professionalism.

Complete disappointment

I recently set up a website for a client using a booking application. I chose it based on positive reviews and even purchased a lifetime Pro license. However, upon launch, we discovered that payment processing was failing after initial bookings, making the system ineffective. I reached out to support three days ago, but the automated response indicated a human would follow up. I have received no communication, and my client is losing business as a result. While the app may function well when operational, the lack of timely support is concerning.

Frustrating experience with customer service

The lack of customer service is frustrating, and when they do respond, they blame us for the issues without providing solutions. I spent countless hours trying to set it up. I just need a simple booking plugin for our tour company. When I requested a refund, the automated response was unhelpful, stating they are busy and that my booking page is configured correctly. However, it doesn't work on the front end, which is why I need assistance! This has been a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this service.

Difficult setup and poor support

We needed a straightforward booking plugin for our dog grooming business and chose this one, which turned out to be a mistake. The setup is complicated, and customer support is nearly non-existent. With the company based in the UK, reaching support during US hours is impossible. After two days of trying to get it working, we still face issues. Extremely frustrated and now searching for a simpler solution.
